Brooke Skillan serves as the Director of Operations at Datakwip from June 2022, where operational efficiency, internal systems, and financial operations across departments have been enhanced, along with standardized processes to support business development. Prior to this role, Brooke was an Inside Sales Representative at NH Yates & Co., Inc. from October 2019 to May 2022, acting as a liaison between customers and numerous HVAC, Plumbing, and Hydronic product manufacturers, while delivering exceptional customer service. Brooke also gained experience as an Assistant Project Manager at W.E. Bowers from April 2018 to October 2019, supporting project managers in executing specialized projects and managing the bid process. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from McDaniel College, earned between 2014 and 2018.
