Graham Hardy has extensive work experience in the energy and construction industries. Graham currently holds the role of Vice President Operations, Project at Venture Global LNG. Prior to that, they worked at Incitec Pivot Limited as a Senior Consultant/Project Manager. From 2016 to 2022, they served as a Project Director, Site-MZLNG at TotalEnergies. Before this, they held various positions at QGC - A BG Group Business, including General Manager, Project-QCLNG and Area Construction Manager. Graham also gained experience at Foster Wheeler Energy Ltd as a Construction Manager and Area Construction Manager, MW Kellogg as a Chief Field Engineer, BHP Billiton as a Business Planner, Hatch as a Construction Manager, AMEC as a Project Engineer, and Marbourn Limited as a Technician Apprentice.

Graham Hardy earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northumbria University in 1991. Graham later pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Management Studies from Henley Business School, completing it in 1997.
