Jim Courts is an experienced construction manager specializing in data center projects, currently serving as the Data Center Construction Manager at Data Foundry since December 2015. With a strong background in mission-critical construction, Jim has held senior roles at Mortenson and Digital Realty Trust, where responsibilities included managing large-scale construction projects in key regions. Previous experience includes operations management at Southland Construction and planning and project management at Carlson Design Construct. Jim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Sonoma State University.
