Greg Haymaker has extensive work experience in the customer experience and call center operations fields. Greg currently serves as the Executive Director of Customer Experience at DASCO Home Medical Equipment. In their previous role as Vice President of Internal Process and Strategy at InfoCision Management Corporation, they established best practices for contact centers, diagnosed and addressed deficiencies in internal processes and systems, and successfully rolled out initiatives and projects in collaboration with business leaders and departments. Prior to that, Haymaker was the VP of Call Center Operations at InfoCision, where they oversaw all aspects of inbound and outbound teleservices and operations, managing a team of direct reports and a total team of 800 across six centers.
Greg Haymaker attended The University of Akron, where they studied Racial Equality and the Law. Greg also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the same university. Later, they pursued Project Management at Cornell University.
