Amit Singh is a seasoned professional in customer success management, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Darwinbox since January 2020, after progressing from a Customer Success Manager role. Prior to this, Amit held the position of Assistant Manager at Angel Broking from August 2018 to January 2020, and gained valuable experience at ZingHR, where responsibilities included Technical Support and Implementation as well as serving as Team Leader from February 2013 to August 2018. Amit's career began at VCG Consulting Group as a Project Assistant in July 2012. Amit holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai, earned between 2007 and 2012.
