Eric Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business systems analysis and community development. Since December 1997, Eric has served as the Business Systems Analysis Manager at Dark Matter Technologies, where responsibilities include leading client setup, implementation, and training for a specialized mortgage software application, as well as developing Functional Design Specifications. Prior to this role, Eric worked at Wells Fargo & Co. from May 1993 to December 1997, serving as a Community Reinvestment/Development Specialist and Management Reporting Supervisor, focusing on compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act and generating management reports. Eric holds an MBA in International Business from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a B.A. in International Relations and Economics from the University of Florida.
