Luqman Munir has a solid work experience in the field of Human Resources. Luqman started their career in 2010 as a Human Resources Specialist at HRS Global and then moved on to work as an HR Business Executive at DHL from 2012 to 2014. In 2015, they joined Novo Nordisk as an HR Manager, where they developed and implemented HR strategies, partnered with global and local teams, and ensured the right people were hired. Luqman also served as a Total Rewards Specialist at Novo Nordisk, managing rewards and performance management activities. In 2019, Luqman became an HR Business Partner at ICI Pakistan Limited, where they provided strategic HR support and achieved significant milestones in restructuring performance management. Luqman is currently working as an HR Manager at Daraz, focusing on logistics and warehousing.

Luqman Munir began their education in 2006 at Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resource. Luqman successfully completed their BBA program in 2010. Following that, they continued their education at the same institute and enrolled in the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program with a specialization in Human Resource. Luqman completed their MBA studies in 2012.
