Kim Overby Larsen has over 20 years of work experience, starting with a role as a Banking Consultant at Danske Bank from 1999 to 2001. From there, Larsen moved to Bet24 / MTG Modern Times Group, where they served as a Customer Support from 2001 to 2004, then as a Customer Support Manager from 2004 to 2007, and finally as the Head of Casino & Games from 2007 to 2012.
