Katherine Ann Agas has extensive experience in customer support and software engineering. Since October 2012, Katherine has held various roles at D2L, advancing from Technical Support Analyst to Senior Manager of Customer Support. Prior to D2L, Katherine worked at A-IT Software Services as a Senior Software Engineer from June 2007 to May 2012 and began the career at Accenture, where Katherine was employed as a Software Engineer and later as a Senior Software Engineer from March 2002 to May 2007. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas, earned from June 1996 to March 2001.
