Amber Leigh Martinson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Amber Leigh started their career as a Marketing Intern at NCH Corporation in 2008. Amber Leigh then worked as a Promotions Assistant at CBS Radio and later as a Marketing Associate at CRE Auction Group in 2009. In 2010, they began freelance work as a Broadcaster/Host for various media companies and events.

In 2011, Martinson joined Mohawk Laminate & Hardwood as a Marketing Project Manager, where they led and managed brand and marketing strategies for existing and new products. Amber Leigh was later promoted to Marketing Manager, overseeing all aspects of brand and marketing strategies.

In 2017, Martinson joined Dal-Tile Corporation as a Senior Marketing Manager, responsible for leading the brand and marketing strategy for expansion into the countertop division. Amber Leigh successfully executed brand presence and awareness through various initiatives. Amber Leigh was then promoted to Director of Marketing, where they initiated a comprehensive marketing strategy for the Daltile brand. Finally, they assumed the role of Senior Director of Marketing, overseeing the comprehensive marketing strategy for the Daltile, American Olean, and Marazzi brands. Amber Leigh motivated and inspired their team to effectively support various customer segments through a holistic approach to branding, digital presence, merchandising, and customer service.

Amber Leigh Martinson attended the University of North Texas from 2008 to 2010, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) degree in the field of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2008, they studied Business Administration at New Mexico State University, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree.
