Ameer Elmekki is an experienced process engineer currently employed at DAL Food since June 2012, where responsibilities include shift supervision for products, quality control, management of operators and machines, reporting, and maintenance. Prior to this role, Ameer served as a packing supervisor in the pasta division at Savola Edible Oil Sudan from August 2010 to May 2012. Ameer holds a High Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Karary University (May 2022 - March 2023) and two Bachelor's degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Alsalama College for Science and Technology (December 2018 - January 2022) as well as a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Sudan University of Science and Technology (February 2004 - January 2007).
