Currently serving as Vice President of Innovation at Dairy Farmers of America, Raquel is responsible for accelerating innovation across a $24 billion global cooperative. Previously held the role of Vice President of Product Innovation at Dairy Farmers of America, overseeing innovation and consumer insights for leading brands such as Kemps and Borden. Raquel's experience further includes a decade at Land O'Lakes, where responsibilities spanned Vice President of Innovation & New Business Development and Director of Innovation/New Products, focusing on strategy and product innovation. Early career roles at Kemps LLC, General Mills, and non-profit organizations, including co-founding City Year Providence, round out Raquel's diverse professional background. Raquel holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Psychology from Brown University.
