Steven Prince is an experienced professional in client success and enterprise partnerships, currently serving as the Manager of Client Success at DailyPay, Inc. since February 2019. In this role, Steven leads a team of Customer Success Managers dedicated to supporting top enterprise clients across various sectors, including healthcare and retail, focusing on customer retention, growth, and product satisfaction. Prior to DailyPay, Steven held several key positions at Touch Surgery, where as the first USA hire, Steven established the Customer Success function, and at WebMD, where Steven was responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving program goals. Steven also has experience at Turner Broadcasting System and ID Media as a Senior Account Manager and Media Investment Buyer, respectively. Steven holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Quinnipiac University.
