Krystal Mabey has a diverse range of experience in marketing and customer experience, currently serving as Executive Director of Card Customer Experience at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since December 2014, with prior roles including Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, Vice President of Digital Innovation Lab, Vice President of Digital Product Marketing for Chase Pay, Senior Marketing Associate, and Marketing Lead. Before joining JPMorgan, Krystal worked at Speakman Company in various marketing roles, including Marketing Communications Coordinator and Product Merchandiser, and held positions at the NJ Department of Youth and Family Services and Wedgewood Pharmacy. Krystal earned a BA in Psychology with a Minor in Criminal Justice from Kean University.
