Nicholas Crespo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client success and operations management across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Client Success Manager at DailyPay, Inc. since January 2022, Nicholas previously held the position of Client Success Manager. Prior to that, Nicholas was the Head of Content and Operations at Easy Content Media, LLC from November 2019 to January 2022, and served as Director of Operations at both BidWin and mPoint Media Inc. between May 2018 and May 2018. Nicholas began a career in operations at Budd Van Lines, holding roles as Senior Operations Administrator and Driver Expense Administrator from May 2014 to December 2015. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication from Rutgers University, earned between 2011 and 2014, and attended The Ohio State University from 2008 to 2011.
