Chi Ostlund is an experienced professional in people operations and event management, currently serving as a People Operations Business Partner at DailyPay, Inc. since February 2021, with previous roles including People Operations Associate Business Partner and People Operations Coordinator. Prior to DailyPay, Chi held the position of Event Sales Manager at St. Paul Event Center and worked at Target in various staffing roles, including Sr Staffing Specialist and Staffing Specialist. Chi also has a background in restaurant management as the General Manager/Owner of Primo Plates & Pours and experience in customer service and banking roles at TCF Bank and Target Credit Union. Chi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing from the University of Minnesota.
