Anusha Singh is a dedicated research assistant at The 2035 Initiative at UC Santa Barbara, contributing to the award-winning climate podcast, A Matter of Degrees, since July 2024. Additionally, Anusha serves as the lead production editor for Daily Nexus, developing weekly layouts for the campus newspaper and collaborating with writers and photographers. As a staff writer for the UCSB Undergraduate Law Journal, Anusha explores the impact of collateral consequences on individuals with criminal convictions. Anusha's previous roles include outreach intern at Tent Mission Saint Louis, organizing support for the unhoused community, and community health intern at El Sol Neighborhood Educational Center. Anusha is pursuing dual bachelor's degrees in Environmental Studies and Sociology at UC Santa Barbara, expected to graduate in June 2026.
