Stephen Rowins is an accomplished geoscientist with extensive experience in exploration and research. Currently serving as the General Manager - Exploration at Superior Resources Limited since September 2023, Rowins also holds positions as Adjunct Professor and Research Associate at The John de Laeter Research Centre at Curtin University since May 2020. Previous roles include Principal Geoscientist and Exploration Manager at Dacian Gold Limited, Director and Professor at The Centre for Exploration Targeting at The University of Western Australia, and Executive Director and Chief Geologist at the British Columbia Geological Survey. Rowins' academic credentials include a PhD in Geological and Earth Sciences from The University of Western Australia, a Master of Science from the University of Ottawa, and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from Queen's University.
