Nicholas Fong is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition, people operations, and recruitment. Currently serving as the People and Culture Lead at Daanaa since January 2024, Nicholas has been an HR Advisor at Bioform Technologies since September 2019, overseeing all HR needs and supporting the company’s growth. Previous roles include Recruitment + HR Specialist at OAK + FORT, Talent Acquisition Specialist at ThoughtExchange, and Senior Associate at PwC Canada, where Nicholas focused on campus recruitment and diversity initiatives. Additional experience includes positions at Entrepreneurship@UBC, 24 Seven Inc., and Ibbaka, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from the University of British Columbia.
