Doug Steele has over 20 years of sales and business development experience. Doug began their career in 1990 as a Sales Representative/Associate Publisher for McGraw-Hill Sweets Group. In 2002, they took on the role of Advertising Rep for Commercial Magazines/BuyLeaseBuild Magazines. In 2007, Doug became an Account Executive for Grand Rapids Business Journal/Gemini Publishing. In 2008, they were appointed Director of Sales for BuildSite LLC. In 2009, they took on the role of Business Development for Peterson Design Studio. In 2010, they became an Inside Sales Representative for SalesPad Solutions, LLC. Finally, in 2018, Doug became a Strategic Account Executive for Team D3 Coalition of Brands.

Doug Steele attended Michigan State University from 1985 to 1990.
