Charles Tenot is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and revenue management across multiple industries. Currently serving as COO and Managing Director at lemlist since March 2023, Charles transitioned from a part-time role to leading the team towards $100 million ARR. As Co-Founder of Business Operations Network, Charles cultivated a private community of 2,500 active members since January 2020. An impact investor and advisor for purpose-driven startups, including Lakaa and Mr. Arthur, Charles previously held significant roles such as Chief Revenue Officer at Skello, where revenue generation strategies increased from $200,000 to over $1 million in net new ARR monthly. Previous positions also include Chief Business Officer at AssoConnect, Revenue Advisor at Spendesk, and CFO at Botify, where operational and financial structures supported remarkable growth. Charles began the career at Ernst & Young, specializing in financial audits and transaction services.
