Rutuja Rokade started their work experience as an Intern at Cytel in August 2018. They then joined Syneos Health as a Statistical Programmer I in March 2019 and later advanced to the role of Statistical Programmer II in April 2021. In August 2022, Rutuja joined Cytel again as a Statistical Programmer.

Rutuja Rokade completed their Bachelor of Science in Industrial Microbiology from Maharashtra Education Society's Abasaheb Garware College of Arts and Science, Pune 04 in the years 2011-2014. After that, they pursued their Master of Science in Biotechnology from Symbiosis School of Biomedical Sciences from 2014 to 2016.
