Naresh Balasani started their work experience in 2011 as a desktop eng at 3i Infotech, where they worked from May 2011 to October 2012. Following that, they worked as a Customer Support Engineer at Fourth Dimension Technologies Pvt Ltd from April 2013 to September 2018. Since September 2018, Naresh has been working at Cytel as a Jr System Administrator.

Naresh Balasani began their education in 2003 at Oxford High School, where they completed their secondary education and received a degree in ssc in 2004. Following this, from 2006 to 2011, Naresh attended Kakatiya University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Biotechnology.
