Mason Blaschak has extensive work experience in the software development field. They began their career as a Software Developer at ERT in December 2015 and later held roles as a Project Development Engineer and Senior Project Development Engineer at the same company. In 2020, Mason joined ClinOne as a Senior Software Engineer before transitioning to ERT as a Principal Software Development Engineer in August 2021. They also worked as a Principal Software Development Engineer at Clario starting in November 2021. Throughout their career, Mason has been involved in decision-making processes, establishing architectural direction, overseeing operational readiness tasks, and providing peer reviews of code. They have shown a strong ability to identify areas of improvement and implement tools or processes to increase efficiency. Mason has also served as a technical lead and subject matter expert in their roles.

Mason Blaschak attended Carnegie Mellon University from 2009 to 2015. There, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics.
