Stephanie Singer currently serves as Senior Counsel at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, where the focus is on mission-related venture philanthropy investments in biotech companies developing treatments for cystic fibrosis. Prior experience includes roles as Counsel at Morse, where representation of startup companies and venture capital funds occurred, and as a Lecturer at Boston University School of Law, teaching a class on follow-on venture capital financing. Notably, Stephanie contributed to the corporate practice group at WilmerHale and worked as a legal intern at Highland Capital Partners, analyzing M&A trends and drafting legal documents. Additional roles include serving as a Teaching Assistant at Harvard Law School and running a freelance editing business.
