Mike Maether has a wealth of experience in the technology and business development fields. Mike began their career in 2010 as a Technology Assistant Internship at KS&R, providing IT support and assistance to employees. In 2012, they worked as a Web Development Co-Op at Lenel, where they gained experience developing in Drupal while also performing day-to-day tasks. In 2013, they moved to CypherWorx as VP of Programming, a role they held until 2019. In 2019, they moved to ITX Corp. as Product Innovation Lead. Most recently, in 2020, they returned to CypherWorx as Vice President of Business Development.

Mike Maether completed a Bachelor of Science in Applied Information Technology and English Double Major from St. John Fisher University in 2011. Mike then went on to earn a Master of Science in Information Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology in 2013. Maether has also obtained numerous certifications, including Google Analytics for Beginners from Google in August 2019, a Complete Guide to Protocol Buffers 3 from Udemy in December 2019, Neo4j: GraphDB Foundations with Cypher from Udemy in December 2019, Freshdesk product expert certification from Freshworks in March 2019, and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in May 2020.
