Melissa Tata serves as Vice President of Supply Chain Operations at Cynosure, LLC., since October 2021, following a distinguished 22-year career at Dell Technologies where various leadership roles included Director of Global Supply Chain Planning and Director of Global Customer Programs. Melissa successfully led global demand planning for an extensive product range, managed a comprehensive governance structure across numerous projects, and developed strategies for consumer retail services, achieving significant cost savings. With a background in engineering, Melissa holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Additionally, Melissa served as President of the Society of Women Engineers, where leadership extended to a global membership and strategic planning.
