Natasya Chairunisa has a solid background in business operations and sales support, currently serving as a Business Operations professional at Medcaptain since October 2023. Prior to this role, Natasya worked at Philips from January 2017 to September 2023 as a Sales Support Officer, where responsibilities included managing order processes, ensuring compliance in sales, maintaining stakeholder relationships, improving sales flow, and assisting in the calculation of sales incentives. Earlier experience includes an internship in finance at Jhpiego, where Natasya supported document review and VAT tracking, and work as an Enumerator at the Center for Health Administration and Policy Studies, focusing on data collection and analysis related to hospital service costs. Natasya holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Health - Hospital Management from the University of Indonesia, completed in 2016, and attended SMA Negeri 1 Depok from 2009 to 2012.
