Thomas Johansson has extensive experience in process engineering. Thomas started their career as a Process Engineer at Citec Group in January 2012 and held various roles within the company, including Chief Design Engineer and Section Manager. In October 2015, they became the Manager of Process Engineering and in May 2018, they were promoted to the position of Head of Process Engineering. Thomas worked in this role until their transition to Cyient in May 2023, where they served as the Head of Process Engineering in Finland.

Thomas Johansson earned their Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Process- and systems engineering from Ã…bo Akademi University. Thomas pursued their studies at the university from 2006 to 2012.
