Luis Palomino Bandala is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Legal Corporate Manager at CYDSA since September 2016, where responsibilities include managing commercial, corporate, banking, energy, real estate, and arbitration matters under Mexican and US Law across all business units. Prior to this role, Luis worked at Baker McKenzie for over a decade, starting as a law clerk and advancing through various positions to become a Senior Associate Attorney specializing in corporate and M&A practices. Luis holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporation Law from New York University School of Law and a Licenciado en Derecho from Universidad de Monterrey.
