Valerie Jorez is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Huntsman Corporation since June 2013, following various roles including Corporate Counsel and EMEA Corporate Legal Counsel. Prior to this, Valerie Jorez worked as a Corporate/M&A Lawyer at Loyens & Loeff Brussels from September 2007 to May 2013, and completed a summer internship in the Corporate/M&A department at Loyens Brussels in 2006.
