Joanne Morley has had a long and varied career in customer service and administration. Joanne began their career in 2000 as an HR Assistant at Safeway. In 2003, they moved to Bluechip Recruitment as a Payroll/Finance. In 2006, they joined UCM Timber as an Administration. In 2008, they worked as an Account Co-ordinator at Atkins. In 2009, they joined ITogether as an Account Manager & Renewals. From 2014 to 2019, they were an External Account Manager at NCC Group. In 2019, they moved to KnowBe4 as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager. In 2021, they joined Airnow Cybersecurity as a Cyber Security Consultant and CybSafe as a Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Executive. In their current role at CybSafe, they are focused on delighting customers and making a difference to the world by fundamentally transforming the way society addresses the human aspect of cyber security.
Joanne Morley attended Garforth Academy from 1984 to 1989, and then Garforth Comprehensive from 1984 to 1989. In 2012, they obtained a Prince2 Foundation certification.
