Nicki Gunter has been in the finance industry since 2000, when they began as a Staff Accountant at Stauffer and Company, LLC. Nicki then moved to Peak Community Services, Inc. in 2006, where they served as CFO. In 2016, they joined Adaptasoft, Inc. as a Finance Manager, and in 2017 they became the Chief Financial Officer at CyberPay, Inc.

Nicki Gunter attended Winamac Community High School from 1991 to 1995 before obtaining a Master's degree in Accounting from Manchester University from 1995 to 2000.
