Rob Jackson is an experienced professional in client management and customer care, currently serving as an Account Manager at Cyberlab since October 2021, where responsibilities include providing compliance and managed security services focused on enhancing clients' security posture. Prior to Cyberlab, Rob held various roles at Active8 Managed Technologies from July 2016 to September 2021, first as Customer Care Manager and previously as Account Manager, facilitating bespoke training and maximizing business efficiency for over 1500 clients.
