Robert Donner began their career in 1990 as a Network Engineer for the US Army. In 2017, they joined Ventech Solutions as a Business Development Director, FSO/ITPSO, Customer Engagement Director, FSO/ITPSO, and DoD, Lead Technical Project Manager, FSO/ITPSO. In 2018, they became the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Innocon Tech. LLC. In 2022, they were appointed as the Vice President of US Sales for Cyabra.

Robert Donner received their Master of Science in Information Technology from Liberty University between 2013 and 2016. Prior to that, they attended Liberty University from 2005 to 2013, studying Business Management and Information Systems.
