Philippe Cristini has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the travel and events industry. Philippe started their career at Elf Atochem in 1996 as a Senior Computer Networks and Systems Engineer. In 1999, they joined ATOFINA Chemicals in Philadelphia, USA, where they served as a Senior Project Manager and later as the Manager of E-Business. In 2004, they moved to TOTAL Petrochemicals, where they became the Business Systems Reporting Manager, responsible for global Business Intelligence projects within the SAP environment. Philippe managed a team of 16 experts and implemented change management tools that increased user adoption. In 2007, they joined Carlson Wagonlit Travel as a Global Account Director. Finally, since 2010, they have been working at CWT Meetings & Events, where they held various senior director roles, including Account Management, Business Development, and CRM & Business Intelligence.

Philippe Cristini has a diverse education history spanning several years. Philippe first attended ISEP - école d'ingénieurs du numérique from 1987 to 1992, where they obtained a Master's degree in information technology. After a significant gap in their education, Philippe returned to school in 2017 and completed an Executive MBA program at NEOMA Business School, specializing in Business Administration and Management. In 2021, they pursued further studies in digital marketing and received a Certificate from ESCP Business School. In addition to their formal education, Philippe has also obtained several certifications, including Information Security Awareness and Global Competition from SAI Global in September and May 2013, respectively. Philippe also completed an Anti-Bribery course from TRACE International, Inc. in January 2013. Notably, Philippe holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in June 2004.
