Utsav Mondal has a diverse professional background with over six years of experience in customer service and administrative roles. Utsav currently serves as a Customer Service Representative at Gozo Cabs since May 2019. Prior to this, Utsav worked at Wipro Limited as a Customer Service Executive, providing technical chat support for North America. Utsav also held customer service positions where technical assistance was provided through chat. Earlier experience includes administrative responsibilities at Bihany Academy and sales support as a Customer Assistant at Shoppers Stop. Utsav holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from St. Thomas Boys School.
