Emily McLaughlin currently serves as the AVP of Mortgage Underwriting & Fulfillment at CWB Optimum Mortgage, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Emily accumulated extensive experience at Canadian Western Bank, where tenure lasted from October 2010 to August 2023, progressing through several positions including Senior Manager of Mortgage Underwriting, Manager and Mortgage Specialist, and Mortgage Specialist Team Lead. Emily has a solid educational background with a degree in Residential Mortgage Underwriting from CSI and a degree in Project Management from Grant MacEwan College, both attained in 2012, along with an introductory course in real estate from the Alberta Real Estate Association in 2008.
