Diane Amadeo serves as the Team Lead Technical Writer at CVS Health since February 2023 and has been an Ambassador for the Massachusetts Conference for Women since October 2021, focusing on promoting women's influence in the workplace. Prior to these roles, Diane held various positions in technical writing, including Principal Technical Writer at Onshape from February 2014 to February 2023, and similar roles at CloudSwitch, Demandware, and Affinnova. Diane's career began as a Senior Technical Writer at Phase Forward, with earlier experience as Regional Manager of Documentation at Platinum Technology and Senior Technical Writer at Trinzic. Diane holds a Bachelor of Science degrees in Forestry from the University of Vermont and an additional degree from Northeastern University.
