Chris Kaighn is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in retail leadership and operations. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Stores and Culture Officer at francesca’s® since February 2021, Chris oversees store leadership, operations, and human resources, focusing on people strategy and company culture. Previously, Chris held various senior leadership positions at Justice from 1997 to 2020, culminating in the role of Senior Vice President of Stores and Operations. Additionally, Chris has been teaching yoga at GoYoga since March 2020, specializing in heated-power and vinyasa styles, with a commitment to creating an inclusive environment. Early career experience includes roles at The Disney Store and Limited Brands, complemented by education at Moore College of Art and Design.
