Adam C. Zern, MEd, CPTD, currently serves as Senior Manager of Organizational Effectiveness and Talent Development at CVS Health, where notable accomplishments include enhancing engagement and satisfaction metrics significantly. Adam has extensive experience in organizational strategy, talent development, and process improvement, previously holding roles such as Senior Manager of Organizational Effectiveness and Learning and Manager of Learning Services. Prior to CVS Health, Adam held various positions in project management and business analysis at Advanced Care Scripts, and began a career in education as a Teaching Group Leader and Online Instructor at BYU-Pathway Worldwide. Adam holds a Master's degree in Applied Learning and Instruction from the University of Central Florida, along with a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication from Rollins College.
