Paul Van Genechten is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving at Belfius since November 2008 in various roles including Permanent Control HR, Head of Staffing & Mobility, Account Manager HR, and Team Manager HR Business Partners. Prior to this, Paul held a position as Project- & Team Leader in Job Levelling at Dexia from 2006 to October 2008 and worked at Belfius from 1998 to 2004 in different back office capacities. Paul began a career in HR and business partnering at Gemeentekrediet from 1990 to 1998. Paul holds a Master's degree in Psychology from KU Leuven, earned between 1984 and 1989.
