Morika Georgieva serves as the Global Director of Customer Success at Permutive, leading global teams focused on Net Revenue Retention across diverse regions and successfully achieving significant performance metrics including a notable Net Promoter Score of 48 in H1 2024. Morika has a robust background in customer success, previously managing teams in EMEA and being instrumental in implementing strategies that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. In addition to current responsibilities, Morika contributes to the Customer Success Network as Head of Events and Webcast Lead, facilitating knowledge sharing within the customer success community. With earlier experience as a Customer Success Manager at Beamery and Team Lead at ResDiary, along with a strong academic foundation including an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Glasgow, Morika is dedicated to driving value and strategic growth in customer partnerships.
