Mônica Schimenes is an accomplished CEO, speaker, and singer, currently leading MCM Brand Experience since September 1999. As a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts in London since July 2021, Mônica contributes to international discussions. In November 2020, Mônica became the President of the Council of Empresarias at WEConnect International, which certifies women-owned businesses in Brazil. Mônica has been an international speaker since May 2010, addressing diverse topics such as inclusion and brand voice. Additionally, Mônica serves on the Advisory Board of Integrare and is a member of Confraria do Empreendedor since December 2019. Mônica holds a degree from Faculdade Comunicação Social Cásper Líbero.
