Ronnie Titus has worked in the customer service and research fields since 1998. Ronnie's first role was as Client Services Manager for ServiceSkills.com, a company that provides telephone doctor customer service training online and through DVDs and on-site programs. Ronnie then served as Sales Research Manager of the Workbook Division for the same company. Later, they took on the role of Client Success Concierge. In 2008, Titus began working for Weatherline, Inc., where they are currently employed as a research professional.
Ronnie Titus received their BBA in Business Administration from Fontbonne University between 1998 and 2001, and their High School Diploma from Notre Dame High School between 1972 and 1976.
