Amar El-Sallam is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in research and engineering across multiple institutions. Currently serving as Chief Technology Engineer at AGJA Pty Ltd and Senior Software Engineer at VR-ARRIVAL, Amar also holds positions as Visiting Senior Research Fellow at UWA Law School and Senior Research Fellow at The University of Western Australia, where Amar has been since 2006. Additionally, Amar has been a Senior Research Fellow at Curtin University since 2018 and has held various leadership roles at Advanced Health Intelligence, including Chief Research Engineer and Chief Science Officer. Academically, Amar possesses a Doctor of Philosophy from Curtin University and both a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science from Assiut University, specializing in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.
