Rhea Verma is currently a Research Assistant at Cornell University's Virtual Embodiment Lab and a Scholar in the Milstein Program in Technology and Humanity. Previous experiences include a Software Engineering Internship at BlackRock, where Rhea contributed to a cloud migration tool and automated database provisioning processes. Rhea also held roles as a Technical Product Manager and Full Stack Software Engineer at Hack4Impact, a Consulting Associate Intern at Grant Street Consulting, and a Financial Software Engineer in the Cornell FinTech Club. Additional positions held include a Software and Business Development Intern at NextStep Health, a Technology Consultant at Tech Consulting at Cornell, and a Teaching Assistant for Girls Who Code under Women In Computing At Cornell. Rhea is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science at Cornell University, having started studies in August 2021.
