James Roberts is an experienced customer experience and strategy leader with a strong background in evaluating and enhancing customer insight programs across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Experience & Strategy Leader at Currys plc since April 2022, James has successfully implemented significant changes to the customer feedback analysis methodology. Previously, at Virgin Media, James held the role of Senior Customer Experience Manager, where contributions included redesigning digital customer insight programs and leading workshops that positively impacted revenue and streamlined customer journeys. James also has experience at EE, where responsibilities included redesigning customer journeys and acting as the voice of the customer in design sessions. Early career positions included a marketing assistant role at BetVictor and a graduate scheme at EE, which provided exposure to project management and customer insights. James holds a first-class honours degree in Economics from the University of Plymouth.
