Lou Caputo is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in kitchen management and food service. Currently serving as a Resource Chef at Cura Hospitality since July 2022, Caputo previously held roles including Dining Service Coordinator at Sunrise Senior Living and Executive Chef at Sodexo, where responsibilities included managing food and nutrition operations and achieving a 101%-102.9% compliance with budgeted purchasing. Earlier experience as Executive Chef at Solganik Catering and Consulting involved menu development and recipe analysis, while management roles at Quality Food and Vending and Registry Hotel showcased expertise in client relations and banquet services.
