Margie Holmstrom, PHR, PHRca, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning various roles and industries. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Culture Works HR since August 2021, Margie previously held significant positions at LEGOLAND California Resort, including HR Business Partner and Head of Employee Relations, Policy and Benefits, managing employee relations for a workforce of around 2,800. Additional experience includes serving as an HR Consultant at Constellation Behavioral Health during an HRIS implementation and roles focused on employee relations and human resources management at Practical Recovery, Inc. Margie's expertise is complemented by a background in strategic planning, policy development, and employee relations across several organizations, including California Pacific Airlines and iRecruit.
